🎶 To register, please:

1. Read the Lil' Music Makers Registration Agreement below and then sign your agreement at checkout. 
   
   All participating families (including trial visits) complete the same registration agreement and prior to attending class. The form only needs to be completed once per term.
   
   

2. Fill out the registration form for all children ages 0 to 4 who will be attending Lil' Music Makers (children must be under age 5 at the start of the session), beginning with Photo Consent. Siblings under 8 months are free but must be registered.

3. Add Child 1 to the cart first
4. If adding additional siblings to the cart, click Continue Shopping FIRST, the click on the appropriate selection.

5. Click the BLUE STEP 1 SUBMIT REGISTRATION FORM button below to submit your registration.
   
   

6. Click the appropriate PROGRAM PAYMENT LINK button (registration is not complete until payment is submitted).
   
   

7. Add ALL the children who will be attending Lil' Music Makers to the CART- even those who are free.
   
   

8. Then proceed to CHECKOUT.  New users are required to create an account before proceeding to the checkout.
