What Happens at a Musical Birthday?
Miss Cheryl brings the stage to you! Children and their families will embark on a Musical Birthday Adventure* filled with fun stops along the way before ending with a dance party celebration! The program includes age-appropriate songs, and activities and can be customized to include some of your child's favorite songs, too!

Planning Your Child's Special Day
Miss Cheryl will come right to you!
You decide the location:
your home, a hall, a park, or whatever venue you choose. Miss Cheryl will come to the location with everything you need - guitar, props, sound system, and instruments are all included.
🕛 Please allow 30 minutes of gathering time for all guests to arrive so that no participant misses out on the MUSICAL BIRTHDAY (parents and children alike need this time to socialize/play, too)! Miss Cheryl will be using this time to set up in your living room, backyard or designated area.
🎵 During setup, she brings a few musical play items for children to explore if needed. This can help keep little ones engaged while the party space is being prepared.
Party Space Tips
✅ Create a clear, open area for music, dancing, and movement. To keep children focused on the fun, put away toys, coloring books, and other distractions before the party begins. A distraction-free space helps everyone fully enjoy the interactive musical experience created especially for your birthday child and guests! 🎵
✅ Outlet for sound system if utilizing a large venue.
✅ Guests ready to participate and have a good time! A participating adult is required to accompany each child.
✅ For parties with more than 12 children, please ensure that the party space is large enough to comfortably accommodate the additional children, accompanying adults, and movement activities. Music Time with Miss Cheryl parties are interactive and involve singing, dancing, instruments, and movement, so adequate open space is important for everyone's safety and enjoyment.

Cake Celebration
Upon request, Miss Cheryl can conclude the musical celebration by leading the birthday child and guests to the cake with a festive musical march, train, or dance, followed by a lively rendition of "Happy Birthday." She will then quietly pack up and depart, allowing your celebration to continue.
Personalized Musical Fun
Be sure to share some of your child's favorite songs with Miss Cheryl. She will incorporate up to three traditional children's songs and/or original Miss Cheryl songs into the celebration in a memorable way. Requests for copyrighted songs by other artists cannot be accommodated.
Booking & Cancellations Policies
Booking & Payment
A $100 deposit is required to reserve your party date and time.

The deposit includes a non-refundable $30 booking fee.

The remaining balance is due by the day before the party.

Party dates are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the party will receive a refund of the deposit minus the non-refundable $30 booking fee.

Cancellations made 15–30 days before the party will forfeit the $100 deposit.

No refunds are available within 7 days of the party date.

If availability permits, parties may be rescheduled at no additional fee.
Additional Fees

Parties within the local service area are included in the party fee.
