Lil’ Music Makers Class Info & Policies

Guests:  Adult family and friends are always welcome! Older children (age 6+) may attend if they participate and stay with you. If possible, please inform Cheryl by email before class if an older child is attending.
Adult Participation:  Have fun and join in—just like singing “Happy Birthday”! Your child will follow your lead, so model sitting and movement. Expect to be up and down often. It's okay to take a break when needed.
Safety:  Please supervise your child at all times.
Illness:  Keep your child home if they have a contagious illness (e.g., persistent cough, sneezing, or runny nose).
Missed Classes & Cancellations:  No credits for missed classes due to illness or other reasons. Makeup classes may be offered if there is space in another available family class, but options are limited and not guaranteed. Please email Cheryl at musictimewithmisscheryl@gmail.com before class if you’ll be absent.  There are no refunds for weather-related cancellations. If Cheryl needs to cancel for weather or illness, she'll try to offer a make-up class during a break, if possible.

Release of Liability:

I understand there are risks of physical injury in participating in recreational activities or programs.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cheryl Mandracchia of Music Time with Miss Cheryl LLC, the First Congregational Church of New Milford, the Marsh Parish House (connected to the Church), and their employees, officials, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or other casualty of any kind that may occur to my child(ren), myself, or my child(ren)’s caregiver(s) while participating in Lil’ Music Makers classes or any related activities.

Medical Consent:

I hereby consent to emergency medical procedures deemed advisable for my child in the event I cannot be reached and my child has sustained an injury.  Music Time with Miss Cheryl does not provide accident or hospitalization insurance for participants of its programs. All participants are advised to have adequate personal coverage. Please consider participant's own health, experience, and tolerance for risk before participating in any program.
